Bob Kustka is President of The Fusion Factor, an executive Human Resource consulting firm which helps business owners and senior managers develop HR strategies to support their business plans.

Previously, Bob was a Human Resource professional at The Gillette Company for over 25 years. During his career at Gillette, Bob has held numerous senior leadership Human Resource roles across many of Gillette's subsidiaries supporting Marketing & Sales, Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering and Information Technology.

His professional affiliations include membership in the Small Business Association of New England, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the New England Human Resource Association. He is also a past board member and president of the Human Resource Council.
